OEM System Builder Pack
If the package contains It must be accompanied by
desktop operating system software either a fully assembled computer system or a nonperipheral computer hardware component (that will be an integral part of the computer system on which the desktop operating system software will be installed).  The system builder who installs the desktop operating system software on the PC must also affix the Certificate of Authenticity label to the exterior of the computer case.

Terms And Conditions
Sales  
store policies All hardware sales are final after 7 days.  No exchange or return allow after 7 days.  All parts come with 30 days limited warranty.  All warranties are effective from the date of original invoice.  All software sales are final.  No exchanges or returns are allowed.

No cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges on special order items.

Deposit for system order, shipping and handling charge, store credits, financial service charge, installation charge, and labor charge are not refundable.

returns A 5% restocking fee charge on all returned items paid with check, credit card, ATM, or any method other than green cash.  Refund is paid in the same manner as the original method of payment.  Refund check will be mailed 14 business days from the date of return.

In addition, a 25% restocking fee charge on all returned systems, laptops, printers, or items that are not in resalable condition.  Resalable condition is subjective to our employees, such as torn packaging, missing manuals, labels, or accessories.

All returns must accompany with original invoice.

debt collection $25 fee for each returned check. $30 fee plus 2% per month interest for late payment.  Customer agrees to pay all collection expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fee and court expense.
discrepancy Should you experience any discrepancy in shipment or delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours from the date of receipt.
Service  
warranty All service comes with 30 days limited warranty for identical problem.  We do not warranty software related problem or software incompatibility, especially virus, spyware, adware, or popups.  All warranties are effective from the original date of pickup.
labor charge Next Day Service
Labor charge =  Service charge + $35.

Priority Day Service
Labor charge =  Service charge + $35 / hour (minimum one hour)

Onsite Service
Labor charge =  $75 first hour + $55 each additional hour (minimum one hour)

Labor charge is non-refundable.

data backup Under no circumstance shall the store be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind or nature, including, without limitation, lost goodwill, lost resale profits, loss of data or software, work stoppage or impairment of other goods.

It is highly recommended that customer backups all data or crucial data before bringing the product into service.

time of pickup Customer has up to 90 days to pick up the computer system after the drop off date.  Unless we are notified, the serviced system will become the property of the store.
